Read a file in your browser

Drop a file to see what is in it: Zeiss CZI, Nikon ND2, Leica LIF, OME-TIFF, FCS, Thermo RAW, mzML, Axon ABF, NWB and the other formats OpenReadout reads. You get the same description, metadata, integrity check and preview as the openreadout command line.

Your file stays on your computer. OpenReadout runs in this tab, and the page can't make network requests.
